"Imagine having family over and when they leave their car is towed away. Each tenant should be assigned one or two guest spots. Tow trucks circle this place like vultures. I've seen better and yet I've seen worse."

"The Braintree police logs for McCusker Drive is worth checking out before making a decision. Definitely caught my eye, like the responses to reviews here. If you want to know how well the staff respond to issues... look at which reviews they responded to. Ignore all negative, dont even acknowledge. But can respond to 5 stars with a thank you. Clear lack of communication already... not worth it, avoid renting here at all costs. Unless that interests you. (Note generic reply to this after pointing out the review response here)"

"I do not recommend this place at all. They do not have clear signs for guest parking. I travel out of state to visit my very sick, very elderly mother. I was told to park up against the office for guest parking- and they towed my vehicle. My vehicle has also been broken into several times in this establishment. In this economy to be towing people's car is horrendous...times are extremely tough financially for everyone and the office is so quick to call to tow cars out of the place. as a guest, I will NO longer be visiting my poor mother due to their practices. if i do, i i will have to pay for an uber as to avoid the potential of another corrupt tow call. the car was not doing any harm to anyone. the least they could have done was given a warning ticket or a courteously call. It seems they change where guest parking should be and don't update people or their signs. i would not recommend their practices."

"I have lived here for 28 years now, raised 4 son's and now have grandchildren that visit. I have seen many changes over the years and truly commend the management team we have had for the past few years. Yes, I have lived here for so long but the main reason I have not moved in all these years is because I know I am under good management. Just like there can be bad tenants, there can also be bad landlords. I have trust and i am happy with the home Braintree Village has provided me all these years. Truly where can you go where all utilities are included, pets are welcome and there are so many amenities."
