"I lived at Landing 53 for the last 4 years and it was such a wonderful experience. Tony and Erica were always so so helpful with any questions or concerns I had. They made sure that I was always taken care of and made me feel like my questions no matter how small were important to them. Larry and Jamie the maintenance men were always there within a few minutes to address what ever mechanical issues. The building was taken care of and always clean. The amenities were an awesome addition to a quiet living environment. Very rarely did we hear loud noises except the occasional road work. Landing 53 is situated in an awesome part of Braintree with some great restaurants outside. With Quincy and Weymouth on either side of you there were countless things to do and places to try for dinner. Being next the commuter rail was so convenient. I would have loved to have kept living here had jobs not changed. I would give Landing 53 more than 5 stars if I could."

The apartments themselves were spacious and well-maintained, with modern finishes and high-end appliances. I particularly loved the large windows that let in lots of natural light and provided stunning views of the surrounding area. I had done some market research on the price of apartments in the area, and I found that Landing 53's pricing was very fair compared to other luxury apartments in the neighborhood. This made me appreciate even more the value that Landing 53 offered, with its top-notch amenities, friendly community, and excellent management and maintenance teams. The pool was definitely the best amenity, providing a great place to relax and unwind during the summer months. My wife loved the gym, which was well-equipped with modern machines and weights. My friends enjoyed the fire pit near the grill, where we gathered to cook and enjoy the outdoors. And the rooftop was also a favorite spot, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend Landing 53 to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and luxurious living experience. The staff, including Erica D. and the maintenance team, were very friendly and always willing to help. It truly felt like home, and I couldn't have been happier there."
