"They are the servants of slumlords that evicted my fiancée and myself. We are low income so when forced on the streets I contracted pneumonia. The black mold, cockroaches, dingy dark hallways blinded me as my eyes adjusted. The picture that looks like wet wood that leaked into the hair dressers studio. The ceiling leaked on to the counter top and cooking sink area. The water leaked on my dinner and they were annoyed called to tell them. They took my art work and work tables dresser and more. We kept money in escrow our court case. Housing court is were we were to mediate. The kept 2 set of books 1 they had over 6 years, they made new set of accounting forgeries the receipts we had we kept contradicted the forgeries. They signed the receipts that proved wrongdoing knowingly occurred compared to the cooked books. They used every legal loophole changing venues 5 times owe to 3 bus and commuter rail each way. I became too I'll to fight them but I was in housing court boos and the receipts were never in evidence. What they did was larceny perjury fraudulent book keeping. The criminal courts should have this information, it's incontrovertible proofs of the crime knowingly committed they tried to destroy our lives once we called told the city they were not repairing it. "never rent from this place they violate tenet rights and they dont fix anything and they do alot of Discrimination i had to find out my rights as a tenet on my own they dont have there apartments inspected before renting and they dont accept responsabilitys for injurys the tenets get from there property and back in june in court they take money from me and didnt give me a receipt and when i called the office they played dumb . i paid $1500 to move in and the manager luara gave me her word the place will be fixed and its been almost 2 years on 10/31/16 will be 2 years. and they never informed me about other things not working and bathroom sink being clogged and never told me my place has bed bugs so now im losing property i cant save because of her. and they violated my lease and changed it illegely . and made me feel amotional and feel like a liar in court by claiming nothing is wrong in my apartment while knowing i had the board of health inspect my place. and this gets worse turnkey likes to use disabilitys like my speech problem to make it look like im lying... so i would not recormend this place to anyone unless u dont care about nothing working in you apartment. so good luck to everyone els. im getting a lawyer ... these people are crooked landlords,"
