"It’s an insanity cocktail. This building is not well, if at all, sound proofed( between floors and walls). Every upstairs neighbour I’ve had in the year I have lived here walks like an apartment floor is concrete paving, and it is commonplace to hear your neighbours arguments and tv etc through the walls. Silent hours have no real enforcement-you have to call the cops. Residents are not encouraged to be considerate of others below or adjacent to them. I moved here before being able to scope out the apartment- beware. Edit: management has responded to my review saying to reach out in an attempt to fix this but have I have, multiple times. There is either no real outcome or they ignore my emails."
