Katie and Katie are exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. They’ve often went beyond over and beyond to help you. They never were too busy for you or were negative and always approachable and fun to be around. Highly recommend."

"I moved to Radius last summer for a new job in Watertown. Katie in the leasing office is incredible and helped immensely with the stressful part of moving across the country and finding a new place to live that is affordable and modern. The location is fantastic to get to work, buy groceries (Star Market, Trader Joes, Stop & Shop), stop by the gym (GymIt, Orange Theory Brighton), and go into Boston neighborhoods. I have a car with covered parking but usually bike around the area. The amenities are well-maintained, and apartment maintenance issues are handled extremely quickly. My studio apartment faces downtown Boston with floor-to-ceiling windows that have great sunrise views. I feel very fortunate to have Radius as my home and would highly recommend it to anyone that's looking to move to the Brighton/Boston area."

I’ve lived in a fair number of apartment complexes here in Boston and Cambridge and this has been by far the best experience I’ve had.
