"impossible to contact anyone at the office!! I've called several times, sent a message, email, message on Facebook and I was there on Tuesday and Thursday when it should be open and there was no one. very difficult and complicated, an office that opens only twice a week and even then when you are willing to go there it is closed. I was very disappointed"
