Katahdin Woods of Lexington

"I moved to Katahdin woods in September 2023. It was an adjustment coming from another very different Gables property. I have now settled in and feel like this is my new home. I would like to thank Dago, Olivia, Max and Trent for their help in getting me settled in."

"We had a lot of options when searching for an apartment for my in laws, but chose Katahdin Woods because of the amazing experience we had during our tour with Mr. Dago! He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. I work at the local hospital and my husband works at the airforce base nearby and we own a home a few blocks from the community. We drop off our 9 month-old twins for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law to watch 4 days a week. The grounds always look beautifully manicured, maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours, and Mr. Dago seems to be in the office 6 days a week (he needs a raise!!) and always handles any issues with a smile! My in laws love spending time in the clubhouse with the beautiful fireplace, the convenient 24-hour gym, excited to enjoy the pool this summer, and using the trail that is right next to the community. We love the free parking and never have any issues when dropping off our girls each morning - there is ample spaces to park! We recommend this to anyone who is looking to move to Lexington. If we didn’t own a home already, we would move here in a heartbeat! Thank you Mr. Dago for always providing exceptional service to our family and making us feel welcome and comfortable!"

"Absolutely love living at Katahdin Woods! The apartments are well maintained and have updated appliances and in unit washer/dryers are a dream come true! Maintenance and management are very responsive. The neighbors are mostly great and I love that it’s dog friendly. The amenities like the gym and the pool are a nice bonus as well. And they do a good job with snow removal in the winter."
