"Unfortunately, this place has the worst property manager I have ever seen! First, they totally ignore your requests and then they lose your rent check? As if that’s not bad enough, the water has a real nasty smell that just can’t be Corrected. I told the maintenance guy it smells like a dirty dog and he said it smells like the ocean… Either way, it’s gross! Speaking of gross, they will often leave the trash cans right out in front of peoples windows all week instead of bringing them back in. This week, however, they did not put the trash cans out in time so now the nasty smelling full trashcan is out in front of peoples windows. Now THAT is gross."
