"We have been residing at Avalon at Lexington for more than 3 years now. The quality of apartments is great, and maintenance service is amazing. Most of the times maintenance tickets are resolved within 1-2 days. All the amenities like Gym, Pool and Kids park are well maintained. I'd like to give a special mention to Miles, who is doing a great job supervising the apartments. He is very professional and has been very helpful in figuring a suitable lease renewal and transfer for us. I just love the quality of service provided by Avalon!"

"It locates in a great location, just 5 minute walk to a grocery store open until 11pm, has shuttles to Alewife station. We lived here for 2.5 years. We met the maintenance team several times. All staffs are so responsible, nice and helpful. And thanks our community supervisor, Jim, he helped us a lot so that when we move out, the process is so easy and smooth. We will miss the days we lived here, walking in the hill, enjoying the blossom, having fun in the pool, sliding on the sled."

"Top marks. Should consider. Great location. Best school district. Near route 2 and 95. Walking distance to supermarket, shops and restaurants. About 5 minutes from Lexington center by car. Great pool, playground and gym. Shuttles to Lexington center and alewife. All of the employees are friendly, efficient and organized. Neighbors are friendly. Jim and Nicole organize fun events regularly and are always ready to help you. Food trucks, trivia, small treats like apple cider donuts in the fall etc. Grounds are kept up and flowery. Maintenance responded in 5 minutes the one time I called Jim for help."

"We moved here a little over a year ago and we love this property! It is very quiet and family friendly. Amenities are great and well maintained, property just got a new playground, gym equipment is updated. This summer office and maintenance teams made it possible for residents to be able to use gym and pool while strictly following Covid-19 safety guidelines. Jim and Kristina are doing great job on communicating with residents and resolving all kinds of issues. Avalon does special events for residents throughout the year - Halloween parties, BBQ for residents, ice cream truck etc. This makes a difference and creates welcoming atmosphere!Maintenance technicians always doing their best to complete work orders in timely manner. There is always a person on call, 24/7 in case of an emergency. The property is conveniently located close to major highway, shopping areas, schools and recreation areas. We definitely love living here."
