"ROACHES! DONT MOVE IN HERE! This place is awful. The owners truly don't care about their tenants well being, nor do they actually take care of these apartments. Peeling paint off the bathroom ceiling, a dirty apartment to come in to when you move in. They just want your money. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I get it, you're desperate. Find another place."

"The below commentary has supporting reports, pictures, and receipts: This cleaning company has been removed from our company’s directory and will not be used in the future. This tenant was fully compensated for the unprofessional cleaning service. One of the five rooms was being painted during move in. This tenant made no commentary of this issue until now. The two blinds that were reported broken were still functional. The tenant reported this and the blinds were replaced. No report was given indicating a leak in the bathroom or of holes in the walls. During final inspection, none of these issues were present at the time. During final inspection, one of the four burners of the gas stove was not functional. Tenant was informed of this problem and agreed to have a repair company come out to assess it. The repair company came out within a reasonable time frame and fixed the issue. The tenant has written documentation of the oil tank being filled. Each time this tenant reached out to the company, the corresponding party answered and responded within less than an hour."

"This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional. They had AWFUL communication about my move in date and time. Upon arriving to the apartment to move in there was a cleaning crew who was JUST starting on the apartment, and workers just starting to paint walls. They left the apartment completely trashed with alcohol bottles, female hygiene products, cat litter, etc. There was blinds that were broken, bathroom leaks, and holes in walls. The gas stove didn't work and there was no oil in our oil tank. The landlords were NOT easy to communicate with and not responsive when problems occurred."
