"My husband and I would like to take a moment and compliment the maintenance team on all the help they have provided during our recent move to The Christine Apartments. They were there every time we asked for assistance and were polite and very quick to help in any way. We look forward to seeing both Jeremy and Jim around the complex. We would also like to say we are very happy with all the staff and management in the office. Gio, Tracey and Kaleigh are an awesome group of people. They all have welcomed us into the community and like the maintenance staff, have provided us with all the assistance we could ask for. We are beyond excited to call The Christine Apartments our new home. We love the positive environment and are looking forward to meeting all our new friendly neighbors."

"We moved into the Christine apartments in August and overall I’m satisfied with the apartments. We have a two bedroom corner unit. The apartments are spacious and we love having a balcony. They are located close to Providence and lots of shopping g nearby in Seekonk. The office staff has been friendly, patient and responsive, especially Tracey. The maintenance staff is always responsive and quick, we can’t thank Jeremy enough. We looked at other apartment communities and this one has great amenities (in-unit laundry, pool, fitness center, tennis courts, etc) especially for the price. There are a couple of reasons for taking the star away. One is that the wall on the side of the stove doesn’t have a backsplash so it was easily stained pretty immediately. The second is that there is only one trash area on the property, forcing you to either walk a good distance to get rid of trash, or put it in your car to dispose of it. Finally, the bedrooms and living room area don’t have overhead lighting, so you have to have lamps unless you want to sit in darkness. Also, the AC doesn’t go below 70 degrees. You are responsible for your own utilities so I’m not sure the rationale there, but it was a pretty warm August for us."

"I moved into the Christine Apartments in August 2023 and highly recommend them. The office staff is very friendly and responsive. The Maintenance Team has been to our unit a couple of times for minor issues - always fixed within 24 hours. Additionally, the other tenants are friendly and quiet."
