Winchester Park & Wood Apartments

"This place is way overpriced for an apartment that has constantly has black mold and it's always cold. I had made a complaint about these mold, the maintenance men gave me a mold and meldew spray and they told me to spray the area where there's spots of mold. I did, but it didn't work. So, instead, I sprayed it with bleached and water. I had mold in my purses that was hanging in my closet and winter jackets had mold , I had to washed all of my jackets. My place does not have ventilation in the bathroom and every room here is cold because its drafty from underneath the AC where the cold air comes in. Forget about heating this place. The electric bill for 1 person is very high because heating this place is ridiculous! This place is cold! Nothing in this place worth of how much you pay monthly. Maintenance men are not friendly, they're rude. When I was trying to explain in a nicely possibly way about what's wrong with this place. They can't be bothered. This place is not worth 2300 a month. You have to pay for 1 parking spot?! Seriously?"

"It is cold during winter. And if you run the heat, it makes some rooms super hot and others are still cold. Dog poop is everywhere, the trash is overloaded at times. Amongst other things, we just got a crazy neighbor who would turn the music on around 10pm on a weekday and sometimes listens to it until 2am. Management doesn't seem to care and/or unable to do anything. This place is NOT good for kids or elderly. I can't wait to move out"

"Response to owner- is there a corporate number or contact that I can talk to? It’s obvious I didn’t have any luck speaking with anyone at the Riverside location. In my opinion- that would be a step towards resolving the issues. Thank you in advance for your help."

"I love winchester for their promptnesses in responding to Emergeny and maintenance services. My bathroom sink was backing up and I stopped one morning to the management office by the time I got back home it was fixed like new. When my ac furnace broke it was repaired right away Thank you Winchester Park."
