"As a new resident in Building 11, I can say that it is fabulous! The management has been extremely cooperative. They truly put the customer first and get back to you as soon as possible! My interaction with Rumford Center has always been positive! I would especially like to thank Nicola and Kimberley for doing everything they can to make me feel at home! This is a great place to live, not only because of the beauty and functionality of the apartments, but also because of the management. They are always patient and willing to go the extra mile!"
"I had called them five times to ask if they have available apartments. First time no body picked phone, second time answered phone but they are not knowledgeable to answer, so they wanted to call me back, after that no any call from them. The rest of the times they picked phone and then hanged up. They have really bad customer service, they don't have reliable management team to live with."
