"Ok, I'd give a 5 star from the Get-Go. Tell me this is not a dream! The move in experience has been absolutely amazing. Melinda from the office is so attentive and professional. She took great care of us step-by-step. The building is brand new and modern. I love the deep sink in the kitchen and my window right in front of it. It's great to watch the city while I wash the dishes. The apartment size is perfect and the bedrooms are a great size. The master bedroom has it's own hallway and the room fit two wide side tables and our king size bed just right. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample storage! I absolutely will recommend this place to people moving to N. Attleboro! BUT BIG BUT AS THE PARKING LOT FLOODS EVERY TIME IT RAINS. AND TWO TIMES STUPIDLY I PARKED THERE AND MY CAR WAS ALMOST SUBMERGED. THIS MORNING (January 12, 2024)THE PARKING LOT WAS FLOODED AND DOZENS OF CARS WERE TOTALLY SUBMERGED. For this reason only, I dont like this one fact---But everything else has been amazing. J R. New resident"

"Where do I begin, If your looking for a place to rent with no dog poop on the grounds . A place where you can safely park your car without it getting flooded out or having it towed and a leasing office that ignores your concerns or just changes it’s hours to when everyone is at work so you can’t talk to anyone. Then this is not the place for you because that is what they provide here. The parking lot floods with the slightest rain and there “fix” is to close 50% of the parking lot but then not everyone can park. Then people park wherever they can and the management just towes your car even tho it’s them closing the parking. The building says it’s a town issue so I called the town and the town says it’s a building issue back and forth like children. The town manager provided some info when I called that the building was informed of the flooding issue on the property before building but wanted open as fast as possible to make more money so they opened anyways. Seems like they just want to money and don’t want to provide a good service. So I hope this provide some help to keep you from moving in here and looking for a better place because the management of this building is disgusting.I would like to also add the so called convenience secure package room is awful I recommend you ship your package across the street at a pick up location. It’s like 50% chance your package will actually be where they say it is. Lol very safe in the room , NOT !!"

"Apartment parking lot is a swimming pool. Even a passing shower will flood parking area, and the apartment management blocks the parking space. It's too hectic to park. Dogs leave souvenirs in the elevator, and in the apartment areas. Smoke smells from bathroom vents. Building has a river in the back. The river floods and make a big lack in apartment parking lot. How's the safety evaluated by city, and how the permission to build this premises granted? BIG THING: The building has no noise absorbing scaffold. So, even walking in your apartment feels like banging to those who are neighbor underneath. The noise is stressful, causes sleeplessness, frustration and anxiety. Insult to the injury - any vehicle pass by, the vrumm noise feel in your apartment and it is enough to distress. Parcel/ mail gets lost, management blames the courier service, and courier service shows evidence of delivery - who to go to, where my mail is at? This cost me a valuable package lost after delivery. Irresponsible management! Management team appears to be blunt while responding email query or any support questions. Time to time, I have noted immaturity in decision making, customer service, and other areas. Sorry to management, but this are facts, and thus I DONT recommend this place for your future home - move on, there are much better options."

"Never told that it flooded, moved in and it was hell every time it rained. Several Residents lost their vehicles to unannounced rain that flooded due to drainages clogging. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else."

"The parking lots get so flooded, my girlfriends car got totaled and then they sent an email out 3 hours after the water was 4 feet high, telling people to move there cars. Good luck if you need something fixed in your apartment too as no one will get back to you. As nice as these apartments seem and all the amenities that come included with it, it’s just so not worth it"
