"Sales Team is fantastic, just be honest to them about your finances & they will work with you really hard. Very kind & listened intently to my situation. Car shopping & negotiations are things that most peole hate as they swarm around you the minute you walk thru the dealership door. My sales man Patrick Dorcena acted like he knew me for years & had a splendid sense of humor. Didn't try to oversell me anything above my financial level. The owner of Patriot Subaru was so gracious to work with as well. I went in all by myself not knowing too much about cars & wasn't taken advantage of just so they could make a quick commission. I'm so delighted by how I was treated especially as a lone female who is 64 years old. I just can't say enough so please try them, you will feel lucky that you did. Good Luck !!"

"I lived there 4 years (2012-2015) and loved it. They fixed everything in a timely manner. They did raise the rent every year, but that's kind of common. I got my full deposit back. Nothing to complain about really."

"Trying to find a place for my daughter and I and was told that the manager states if the child is above 3 they need their own room. Never mind that 1100 a month not including ANY of the additional things I would have to pay for is impossible for a single mother but also adding on that she would not be spending the entire time with me so I'd be paying for an empty room half the time is ridiculous."

"Worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Mold in the apartment with water from the upstairs apartment causing mold in our bathroom. Their solution was to just repaint the ceiling instead of dealing with the reason for the leak so we continually had mold in our bathroom. Kitchen appliances were filthy when we moved in, yet when you move out they expect it to spotless or they will keep your deposit and then charge you extra. They ignore real complaints (like the whole apartment building smelling like weed because someone is smoking it in their bathroom and all the vents are connected) and instead focus on silly ones (like not putting out cigarettes out on their newly paved walkway because it was leaving marks that would go away when it rained). For the amount they charge now, its not worth it and the owner is terrible. Her secretary is lovely, but the actual owner is the worst landlord I have ever had."
