"The front desk lady's they were excellent ,and very helpful on my needs ,and ready to help the most you needed them ,I would recommend this motel for anyone that wants peace and quiet,and the place is very clean and apt of parking spaces."

"It was great! Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. SUPER friendly staff, breakfast was everything you can imagine and then some, and we really appreciated that it lasted until 10am. Pool was nice and well maintained. The bed was comfy, room clean. The only very minor thing was the AC was loud and made noises I’ve never heard an AC make before. But it didn’t bother us."

"Ruby went above and Beyond shoving her customers! When we checked in she was very polite, professional, and friendly. We're not from here so we were looking for a place to eat and she let us know where we could get some dinner and have us pamphlets on where to order. We had an issue with the shower not working which she promptly got to work on calling maintenance to fix and the issue and her boss with a suggestion. None of this was her fault but I can say she went above and Beyond and gave us a bigger room for myself and my family. This was a perfect example of great customer service! Thank you Ruby for being a true professional! I wish I could have given her 10 stars because she truly deserves it! Thank you! Management should look at how hard she works and her great work she does!"

"Not sure how this place rates so well, this place is no good. We spent 4 nights in the hotel on vacation, the first night the air conditioning unit was so loud it kept us up all night. The next day I mentioned this to the front desk who told me it was a known issue they thought had been fixed. She moved us to a new room, the new room on the second floor had no cold water, the only way to take a shower was to use the super hot water. During our stay we noticed the same crumbs and trash in the hallway each day, leading us to believe the hotel cleanliness was not important to the cleaning crew. After taking a scolding hot shower with barely any water pressure and receiving a note from the cleaning crew saying they “ran out of coffee, sorry”, I went down to let the front desk know. The lady I spoke with appeared to be a manager, I showed her the note left by the cleaning crew and told her about the problems with the water, she didn’t have much to say but more importantly never offered anything to remedy or even apologize (she did hand me a handful of coffee, they must not have really been out of it). In the middle of my conversation with her the phone rang, she picked it up and started talking on the phone while I was mid sentence, again never offering an apology. The maintenance guy overheard and jumped in, he was concerned about the issues and wanted to address immediately (maybe he should be promoted to the manager!). Overall this was one of four hotels we stayed in on our trip, 3 of them were Holiday Inn Express hotels, this place was hands down the worst. Next time we come back, we’ll stay somewhere else."
