"This barely adequate motel with sheets that smelled of cigarettes kept my credit card info and charged me MONTHS LATER for a nights stay that I didn’t have. I called many times to try to clear up what should have been an easy mistake to fix but got no help, no apology and no satisfaction. They claimed it was a third party card service discovering that the original charge was just a hold but I shared my statements with them as evidence that I was charged twice, months apart with no credits to my account. Over 3 weeks they never once returned a call or email or made any effort to make it right. One time I called and the woman I spoke to before even hung up when she learned it was me and then pretended to be in a meeting when I called back. VERY SHADY!! I have taken it up with my bank but there is some FRAUD going on here. These CRIMINALS are keeping people’s CC info and trying to sneak extra charges in. DON’T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK GETTING SCAMMED!!"

"There are too many people hanging around the front. One man stayed on the sidewalk with a BW blanket wrapped around him. 2 Police cars were there at one point. The front desk lady never called me back one evening. The bed was very comfortable, though."

"We booked a three night stay at this hotel because it had an indoor swimming pool and was reasonably priced. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nothing special but was what we had booked and what we needed. The room looked very clean but after taking a shower and walking around the carpeted room for a bit our feet were dirty. We had no hot water at all the first day and night but the staff did comp us that night's charge. We went swimming the next day the water was absolutely freezing and cloudy. The breakfast was very good considering it was free. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, English muffins, hard boiled, eggs, pastries, fruit, cereal and pancakes. The shower head was so low in the bathroom that my 5'9 husband had to bend down to get his head wet. We could hear the people on the floor above us walking around, but otherwise our location was quiet. The desk clerk on Friday afternoon/ evening had a plastered expression on her face that screamed, 'I hate my job don't bother me' and indeed didn't even respond when we said hello to her. We would not stay there again but we're out most of the time and the bed was very comfortable so all in all it was okay."

"Number 219 ceiling is damp and smells. air conditioner and shower curtain are new, 3 days did not come for cleaning. I complained 217 was given. We left the keys in case I could not return during the day, they canceled the room, and when we came back, we were kept waiting in the lobby, the number 102 was given in the cassette, I was afraid that the room would be demolished when that room was opened again, the smell of the room, I stayed at the best hotel before, this place is very bad."

"This was the only suite we could find before our wedding. The suite was disgusting. The room has holes in the bathroom and closet. There were bugs of some sort in the room. The spa looked liked it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. While showering the water would accumulate and drained slowly. The bed sank in the middle. There was a huge stain on the ceiling and black mold on the walls near the windows. We found other guests belongings. If you are missing a sock or a ring please notify them. Housekeeping never came in for fresh towels or to make the bed. The pool seemed untreated. The pump wasn’t working and not one scent of chlorine. The pool area smells like mildew. This was suppose to be a special day for us and not worth $300 a night. We complained but the manager wasn’t in and my husband tried getting a hold of corporate. We do have photos on hand as well of the bugs, mold, stain and holes etc. I just read other posts as well so all this seems to be an ongoing problem. Maybe the Department of Public Health should be advised as well as the BBB. Management is obviously terrible there. I have to see if my husband was overcharged as well. He handed the gentleman 3 cards and supposedly none of them work but when he checked his cellphone it was taken out of his checking account. I am totally disgusted with this whole ordeal."
