"Having been a resident here for 9 months has been an amazing experience, even before we moved in we have felt welcomed by everyone at Avalon Acton. Prior to moving in Gayle worked with us throughout the process, every question was answered thoroughly and honestly, her promise to us was we would feel welcomed and appreciated as residents. She has gone above and beyond those words numerous times. Recently there was an issue with our water heater, the office notified us and even went so far as to offer my family a hotel room until they could repair it.
