"The unit itself is nice. Hardwood floors, big sunny windows, & updated appliances were a big reason we were happy to move in. Management is largely hands-off; there is an onsite maintenance manager who is very kind and helpful when you need him. Management company rarely visits, which I don’t mind… except that they don’t seem to care much about community complaints. We lived on the third floor and could hear squirrels running in the attic(?)/roof all the time. Kind of funny but also very distracting/concerning. Biggest issue in our building was that a neighboring family would completely trash the place and management never seemed to actually communicate with them or clean up the hallway. I’m talking apple cores left to rot on the carpeted stairs, lollipops stuck to the carpet right outside my front door, randomly disappearing door knobs from their own apartment door + the main building entrance door… Glass beer bottles chucked into the yard, toys strewn everywhere in a hazardous manner, and LOTS of extremely loud music/movies + yelling every other weekend. I don’t like to be a snitch especially when it comes to neighboring families who may be going through some kind of struggle… but it really is a gross environment in the shared hallways + yard around the parking lot. Not sure how much management can do at this point without evicting them (definitely not something I would hope for), but like… come on. The carpeted hallway is gross enough anyway, looks like the carpet has been there since the 70s so I’m sure there’s decades of rotted food remnants caked into it somehow. Anyways. Leaving after only a year lease. We don’t have any kids in the school district so ultimately even the location isn’t worth the price. Extremely overpriced given the quality of everything… but I guess that’s how the whole market is going now, huh. Also: the 2-bedroom was not listed with any square footage info when we started renting; we measured ourselves and it’s about 600-650 sq ft. Decent size for a couple without children but I can’t imagine how cramped it must feel with kids too. We are moving elsewhere to a much cleaner home with twice the space! Bye!"

"I've lived here for 12 years and love it. I notice low-rated previous comments come from evicted tenants... just saying."

"Hi, I rented from Trident management for about 4 years. This place is horrendous! Starting right with the property manager Karen Mitchell. The first floor was flea infested for a couple of summers and bugs were coming thru the outside. People don’t pick up after themselves near the garbage disposal and there are many tenants that use drugs, not safe for kids at all. Never rent from this place, it’s a safety hazard as it burned down a few years ago"
