"To be perfectly honest, I don't know if I'm honestly going to end up renewing my lease when it comes close to ending. The main complex itself is beautiful, but when you get to the actual buildings, problems soon start to arise. If you want peace and quiet, you basically have to live on the top floor and have a unit that doesn't otherwise end up facing someone else's building. Otherwise you're going to hear LOUD foot steps atop from your ceiling and everything going on from the next building in your bedroom. And even if you ARE lucky to have a top floor unit that doesn't otherwise face another building, if you have the unlucky status of having a neighbor who refuses to be held accountable for causing a noise disturbance, you're going to hear everything going on in the hallway because the floors are basically solid wood (which, to me, honestly is absolutely ridiculous because I have had stuff break before from accidentally dropping them on the ground), and the sound only bounces off everywhere from the walls and the floors. You'll be able to hear dogs barking loudly and loud music playing and any type of unwanted sound that will carry into your unit. Personally, I would pick another place to live. The complex is nice but the actual buildings do have issues."

We stayed only for an year coz rent is Overpriced. We kept apartment very neat and clean but still management charged heavily on move-out charges. Bayridge leasing officer tried to help but Cooperate office didn't take any notice. We had to follow up with cooperate office and even after submitted all proofs management didn't bother to respond to justify unacceptable move-out charges. If you don't want to loose your hard earned money to these embezzlers, stay away. Will never recommend this community to anyone!"

"Updated review: I moved in a few days ago and the apartment is beautiful. All the finishes and details are very high quality and look brand new. I can’t hear my neighbors or outside noise at all, it’s quiet and peaceful. Hoping to stay here for many years! I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve had a great experience so far. I was approved same day, and Karen has been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and quickly moving through the process. I was nervous about some of the low reviews but my experience so far has been the total opposite of those. I’m very excited to live here!"
