"I lived at woodlands of Nashua building 3 apartment 15 a little over a year and moved out in February 2021. We loved it there at first, but that soon went downhill. A few weeks after we moved in a girl in the leasing office told me that the people below us had bed bugs and were moving out. Then the group of guys that then moved in loved to play their instruments at all times of the day and night and by then I had a newborn who would get woken up. They finally moved out after I had to knock on their door myself to have them stop. Then we got stuck with another rude guy with his 3 kids. The kids would scream an bang on the ceiling all day and night when they were there (my newborns room) an then the dad would blast music all day and night and we were also woken up to moaning at 3PM multiple times. I complained to the leasing office as they were able to hear the music in the office and he told them we were harassing him because we were complaining. The issue was unfortunately never fixed so we moved out of there so fast as we were unable to live a life there especially with a baby. I loved living there, but I did not enjoy all individuals around us."
"READ WHOLE REVIEW- ALSO COULDNT FIND MY REVIEW WHEN I went to check , don’t know if they are trying to hide it . 7/2 I am a pregnant woman and my partner has asthma. I broke my 6 month lease at Building 3 Apt 5 at a 1 BR 1 BATH apartment. The bottom floor there has been a weed issue. I don’t want to be exposed to weed during my pregnancy and my partner doesn’t like the smell. The issue has been there since the winter time where the first notice was sent. It’s almost May 2021 and they still don’t know who exactly is smoking even if I told them who I suspected. I had to call the police and complain on multiple occasions. I had to leave my apartment to go to my parents house to escape the worrying, and smell, when it stinks of the stuff. I feel like the issue had been worse this month. They don’t know who exactly it is, so any eviction of the tenants if any eviction at all could take a while and they smoked even after notices. If you have children and don’t want them to smell weed or if you don’t want to smell it, I would suggest not moving here to be safe. When u break a lease u have to either pay for the rest of the time you would stay depending on the situation or give a 30 day notice and pay for the next 30 days. We got to only pay for 1 week of May which was better, I’m writing this during the end of April which is when I couldn’t take it anymore. Be careful. This is a good place for the money, minus the weed . Management could have atleast knocked on the door if they smelled it to investigate the problem better. There is an office in Building 3 - not on the bottom floor but still. Also you can hear the tenants around you at times, like we heard yelling and what we suspect people having sex upstairs during our stay. I think I even heard moans a couple times. This wasn’t too bad of an issue but the weed and lack of doing more maybe, that was the issue. Edit : finally last day , I’ve been residing at parents house at moment, partner has stayed there , he claims he smelled the weed smoke very recently - my new edit is on 5/7/2021. They have children too staying there periodically and it’s just a bad situation in my opinion"
"My son moved into his apartment in November of 2020. We had not been able to see it in person due to Covid restrictions so we had to rely on video tours. This is his first apartment. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and opened the door to a totally renovated apartment. Brand new everything, appliances, cabinets, counters even the bathroom was completely redone. The apartment building has a buzz in security feature. This feature did not work but he put in a maintenance order and it was fixed right away. The apartments are very quiet. Very happy we found this place on the internet!"
"Lived here almost 2 years. Apartments are nice and renovated before people move in with new kitchen floor, cabinets, appliances, bathroom floor and fixtures. No central air so will need to purchase a unit for the bedrooms. Water and heat are included. Electric runs $40-$80 a month for 1 bedroom. No issues with noise or neighbors. Quiet community. No washer/dryer hookups in apt they are located on bottom floor. Love living here!"
"Rent is high for what you get. Appliances are from the 70's, 80's if you're lucky. No central air conditioning, you get a very old large window unit placed in a cutout in the living room wall. It has no thermostat. Faucets and related kitchen and bath accessories old and outdated. They didn't even change the toilet seat before I moved in the thing has ass cheek wear prints on it from previous tenants. Good for transient use until you find something that you want to live with long term. Overall very basic, old and ghetto."
