"So, I never actually had the opportunity to live in this community. But visiting and trying to get in touch with management said more than enough for me. It took WEEKS to get in touch with someone in management, I called and emailed at least a dozen times. I ended up getting in contact with them by going on facebook.. and the person in charge of the facebook page had to reach out and TELL them to actually get in contact with me (mind you, it took less than 10 minutes for them to respond on facebook, but I could not get in touch with their 'main' form of communication). The unit is definitely spacious and the kitchen is a really good size. BUT, when we looked at the apartment, it had a very strange odor, the paint was chipping off everywhere, and it was dirty all over (dirt lying around everywhere, dusty, stains, etc) and the maintance person who showed us the unit had said it was completely move in ready and already cleaned and sanitized.. if that is considered clean and sanitized, I am VERY concerned. After visiting the apartment, we had a few questions and got in contact with a nice lady at the property office.. but that was the last time I heard from her or anyone regarding the property, even though she had said to call or email anytime and they would get back quickly. ONCE AGAIN, emailed and called numerous times and not ONE response or call/email back. And yes... the email and phone number IS the correct one. I found a better quality place in Granby and the management there alone sold me on the apartment without me even seeing it! It's not a bad place if you are desperate, but DEFINETLY look at other places first, which you will have plenty of time for depending if they even decide to get back to you!"

"We lived in this complex for 3 years. The managers of this complex are attentive to needs, nice, and accommodating. Other tenants' kids would play outside unsupervised which wasn't always nice. Overall would recommend living here. Very convenient location also."
