"The location of the hotel is perfect, they just need to do some serious remodeling. I understand they are renovating right now but the elevator smelled so bad and the furniture was definitely outdated. The curtains looked like the colors faded from being up so long."

"While the friendly front desk staff and spacious rooms with the right amenities were appreciated, the room and the hotel's overall ambiance could benefit from a refresh (and more lights) to enhance its appeal and create a more inviting atmosphere."

"Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, decent pool. The AC in our room wouldn't turn off and the staff member at the front desk was useless when I asked for help with it. The building is also in an awkward spot on a very busy road."

"We stayed in a king suite with spa bath. The room was perfectly clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Kind and helpful staff, great breakfast options. Location is convenient too, right off the highway, next to a Starbucks, and plenty of gas stations, shops and restaurants/bars all around. Well-lit and safe parking lot."

"We booked 2 connecting rooms - one King and the other with 2 Queen size beds. We called earlier in the day to see about early check in and were told it wouldn't be possible and check in started at 3pm. That was fine. When we arrived at 3:20pm we were told that they did NOT have our booked and confirmed rooms available. We were offered similar rooms that were not connected but the king room was for myself and my husband and the 2 queens were for our 9 and 11 year old children so this would NOT work. The only solution we were offered by a randomly passing by hotel employee (and not the front desk person) was 2 connected rooms with queen beds. The rooms were not ready at that time though and we were told it would be an hour wait. Seeing our frustration we were given a small discount for the 1st night of our stay - but not the other even though we were not given our requested room either night. When we were finally allowed in the room (after sitting in the lobby for an hour) the beds were not Queens - maybe Fulls at best. My husband and I are not large individuals and we had to sleep in separate beds to be comfortable."
