"I love this place! Everyone is so kind and helpful from the people in the office to the maintenance crew. The maintenance team is excellent, knowledgeable, and very pleasant when they enter your home. The apartment is like having a little house all to yourself. Lots of room, upstairs and downstairs, and all very clean. I feel very fortunate to have found a place here to live and hope to call it home for a long while. :)"

"This place is very discriminatory. I recently applied to this location and was shown an apartment. I had everything in order from pay stubs to birth certificates for myself and my kids. Anything you can think of I presented. I waited almost a month for an answer just to finally be told that I didn’t get the apartment. I felt uneasy so I asked further questions about the decision. I was told it was due to “credit stuff” which is bull because I worked really hard on my credit during covid. And it is well into the good category. This has been my experience with lots of landlords while apartment hunting. They refuse to rent to single moms for whatever reason unless you’re willing to move your family into an unsafe area."
"Cousins used to live there, very nice place with multiple stores around the corner. Only downside would be being housed near the car wash, it’s noisy but overtime you will get used to it"
