"Non smoking room stinks like cigarettes. Went home and had to wash everything and I complained to him and not only made sound like a liar but he only refund me 20 bucks and kept it moving..the next day I had no water in the room to shower with. Don't recommend"

"Zero hot water for the entire 2 night stay. When we called the front desk to ask about the water around 6pm, we were told it was a high water demand time and to wait to shower. After several attempts to bathe at "off hours" (3am, 6am, 10am) we called the front desk again and this time was told a plumber was en route and the manager wouldn't be in until Monday (this was saturday). Staff were professional, if a bit overwhelmed (it's a busy weekend) but we would have appreciated honesty upfront that there was a plumbing issue. Wouldn't have stayed here if we knew there wasn't hot water at this location."

"Worst hotel i stayed at. There was dead cockroaches in the fridge. there’s roaches walking all around my room. when i walked in the room smelt like terrible oder."

"Loved our stay at Motel 6 in Chicopee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I especially loved that we had a full refrigerator with freezer in our room. I would definitely stay there again when in the neighborhood."

"Had the most horrific experience at this motel when I stayed with my son at the end of July. We'd had a long day driving before checking in and just wanted to sleep. 2nd shift operator checked us in no problem. We were woken a little after midnight by someone walking into the room. Apparently the 3rd shift operator somehow didn't realize the room was already occupied and gave someone checking in a key to our room. Needless to say it scared all of us. I called the front desk very upset and the guy wanted me to come to the front office right then - in the middle of the night in a not so nice area of town. I told him no as I was terrified. I asked to talk to the manager that night as well as the next day but was told he wasn't around.There was never an apology or any attempt to make amends despite multiple conversations that night and next morning @ checkout. Terrible service."
