"Worst place EVER...RUN LIKE HELL THE OTHER WAY..THEY LIE, ARE DECEITFUL, AND MISLEADING..THEY ADVERTISED A 1 BR APT FOR RENT...THE MAINTENANCE MAN SHOWED THE APT WAS LISTED AS 1 BR ENDED UP BEING A VERY SMALL STUDIO APT COMPLETELY FILTHY REEKED OF CIGARETTES FOR A NON SMOKING BUILDING. LEFT MESSAGE FOR A CB..GENTLE MAN NAMED JUDD CALLED US BACK VERY RELUCTANT TO PROVIDE HIS NAME WHEN ASKED...I ASKED WHAT HIS POSITION WAS RELUCTANTLY SAID HE WAS THE OWNER OF SAID PROPERTY..... HE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL..HE USED THE EXCUSE THAT 2 AGENTS HAD CALLED IN TODAY...I RESPONDED WITH NOT MY PROBLEM..HE TALKS DOWN TO PEOPLE AND IS VERY. CONDESCENDING..HE IS MISLEADING PEOPLE WITH THE AD AND PICTURE OF PROPERTY SCREENS ON ALL WINDOWS FALLING OFF. APARTMENT AND HALL WAY ARE OVER COME WITH RODENTS AND TRASH ALL THROUGHOUT THE HALLWAY..IM REPORTING HIM THE ALBANY COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR OFFICE..THAT PLACE IS INHABITABLE...NEEDS TO BE CONDEMED AND TORN DOWN VIEWING WAS 15 MINUTES LATE NO APOLOGIES"

"WORST PLACE TO LIVE! I wish i can give it 0 stars. When the fire happen, they did not have sprinklers nor a fire alarm to go off. PEOPLE COULD OF DIED! They have "lost" all documents from 2020 and before, even though business should keep records digitally for up to 7 years. Good luck getting any information out of them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! The workers don't care either! They had a maitence guy come into my apartment without my knowledge WHILE I WAS GETTING DRESSED. The workers in the office all have a nasty attitude. You never see the landlord/owner of the building. All the care about is the money. RUN!"

"First impressions are important, and they have been tarnished. The lady I met who was showing me the room does not dress presentable according to her job. Not that this is a serious issue, but it's still important for a first impression. Mold on every corner you go. Staircases chipping. Feels like you're going to fall through when you walk up the steps. Carpets are dirty. Laundry room looks dangerous. The people living there look rather questionable. Tried to go to the 38 main street location that they had. When I got there and called to say I was in, they hung up on me. To conclude this review, the past reviews aren't lying. That's all I have to say."

"If I could leave 0 starts I would. Do not rent from these dirtbags. They will come after you years after you leave the apartment chasing you down for no reason at all other than to screw you. They're nothing but scum and they do nothing to resolve their bed bug infestation. The fact that I'm reading from other reviews that they still have a bed bug problem years after I left is an indication they don't give a damn about their tenants."

"Worst place I ever lived! Management is terrible and they are miserable people. Very dirty with no cleaning in hallway and maintaining job is bad as well. Steps are cracking and chipping away, front lobby door does not work half the time. I am only writing this review to help people In the future who may rent from here. My experience was so bad when I moved out I went and bought a house so I never have to deal with another landlord again. By the way they still have not given me my security deposit back yet. It’s been almost a month. They say they have up to 30 days to send it. Well yeah let’s wait till the last day I guess....... very good people."
