"I took my dog here on a recommendation back in 2020 & I’ve been coming here ever since. They’re always very sweet & patient, and explain any diagnosis & treatment really well. I really appreciate the attention to detail they have when listening to my concerns during a visit, and I’ve learned so much through their explanations about my dog’s tumors & ear infections. Wait times for appointments aren’t usually too bad, I can usually get in the same week that I call but there are times it may take a week or two if they have a high influx of appointments. But in my experience that doesn’t happen too often. Highly recommend this vet!"
"I am sorry to leave such an honest review, as it is so heartbreaking. Catherine Masland was the vet who saw my family and I as we had to say goodbye to our most wonderful best friend, Willy. I will spare the details as it was the most HORRIFYING and PAINFUL experience. Willy was NOT comfortable and WAS IN PAIN- even tortured, as we were with the experience. We were all in shock… as soon as we left we broke down. I shared my incredible concern with staff.. but seems like this was a common complaint about her. Why she was sent to us when we needed a kind, empathetic individual for such an intimate and sad experience, I do not know. We do have trauma from what happened.. and it haunts me to this day. I will never forgive Catherine Masland or this veterinary clinic for allowing her to take on our visit knowing the way she is… We had to say goodbye to our dog Tuco, and we went to the vet that was in downtown Lynn but no longer. They were incredibly patient, kind, and so loving for Tuco and us. He had a really sweet goodbye… and it pains me so much that Willy was severely mistreated."
"We’ve been taking our girls here since we moved to the area two years ago. They absolutely love this place and it’s the first time my pups have had a vet where they run in vs. shake upon arrival!"
"Sorry, This Vet was not taking new or prior customers like myself that haven't been back in years. I had taken custody of this cat from a sick senior who got him from a local shelter near where he was living in W. Roxbury but back then he was going to a living care facility and did not want him put down because of his situation and neither did I. When I picked him up he needed his nails trimmed and a look over from a pro so I booked him with N.E.V.C. who were taking new customers then and Mr. Binks got his nails done and an exam/check up service which they did fast & professionally, it was a relief to know he had a clean bill of health and lived on for close to 19 years so I would say they were correct in his diagnosis. The visit then was $309, well spent to make sure your furry family member is seen by a 'doctor in a modern pet hospital', Too Bad they were too busy too send him off when the time came."
