"This place employs some of the dumbest ppl! The pharmacists are idiots and act as though you're bothering them. The rest are basically dumber than a bag of rocks. NEVER trust their mark down items. The idiots there don't update the computers to match the discount price. It's walgreens way of RIPPING you off!!! ALWAYS watch the cashier ringing up your stuff. They LOVE to over charge you. I avoid this Walgreens like the plague."

"My child left her medication at a friend's house and we were out of town for a couple of days. I called and asked if they could help with an emergency supply and they said to stop by the pharmacy. My family member stopped by as I was at work still, and they totally saved the day even though they were closing within 20 minutes!! Couldn't be happier with the nice staff that took my call, and what they did. I can't thank you all enough!"

"AWESOME new employee Tina. She waited on me , gracefully and with the goal of helping a customer. Tina was so refreshing to go to Salem location and have a pleasant experience!!!. My 1st with this Walgreens! Tina made it pleasant, whatever position she holds, she is under utilized and she should manage and straighten out store level problems. Only now, do I strongly recommend Christmas odds and ends at Walgreens. Thank you Tina."

"Everyone at that store is super friendly, and your in and out relatively fast which I like. Only bad thing is they are a small store so they don't have some of the stuff I'm looking for. Starting May 3rd, 2018 this store will start closing at 8 pm."

"I am not one to write reviews, and the ones I do are normally positive; however, I had the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had at this Walgreens. The customer support is atrociously awful and I truly do not think I've had a worst retail experience. I think that the issue is that the customer support here is not vetted through or trained properly. I've had two experiences here, my last who involved the rudest customer service representative I have ever had the misfortune to come in contact with and another representative, who albeit was very kind, did not know how to work the cash register to split the bill between two cards. Take the extra minute and just go to the Rite Aid down the street."
