"Took my Pomeranian here to get a clean and tight out light trim, nothing too crazy but still needed a professionals help. Katy did a wonderful job making sure my pup came home better than before. My dog had gotten a couple bad haircuts before so I always get a little nervous but after seeing Katy’s work I will definitely be back and request her by name! Additionally, she filled out a cute little report card with details on how he did for each part of process (nails, teeth, bath, cut, etc.). Made me feel better to hear how he did knowing he is a bit of a scaredy cat."

"I bought five toys for my dog, it was by three get two free. When I got to the register it came to 71 dollars. They asked if I would like to DONATE 5 dollars for a charity, and I said yes. Instead of going to $76 and went to $91 dollars because they gave me the donation for free and charge me for the fifth toy that was supposed to be free. This company took advantage of people wanting to donate and instead they made an extra $15 in their own pocket, Making it millions if they do this everybody. They should be ashamed of themselves."

"Worst grooming shop in this area... they do a complete hack job! Will shave the puppy pink at the slightest pretext. This is my second time with the grooming at this specific location. Nails not trimmed properly. Hack job with the face trim and body shaved pink. Avoid this at all cost for mid-sized breeds since the groomers here have no love of their job and no time to do the right trim. Never going back here again!!!!!"

"Worst pet grooming shop in town. If I could give give a zero... I would. Cancelled appointments, 2 bad experiences... I am convinced it's the management that sucks here... as the groomers take direction from their manager (brooding in the background!). Save your time and effort and find a better place for grooming your pets as the groomers here will take all shortcuts to save time and their effort!!!"

"Great staff that seem to like their job. We have been using them the past year since we have gotten our puppy, Chester. I like the fact they have his medical records on file we do a lot of traveling so it's nice to have. They text me when he is needed for anyting. The staff doesn't seem to push any items that are not recommended. They asked if you need anything and want to hear your feedback on any questions you may have."
