"Stayed 1 night to attend a wedding. The room was spacious, very clean & comfortable. I liked the built in Dove toiletry dispensers at the sink & shower. Thank you to Grace at the front desk for having multiple sized safety pins to choose from for my dress. Highly recommend this hotel."
"The location was great but when we got there, we went to our room everything was OK. We got some towels and stuff and then we asked if they could bring some towels and stuff to the room that was kind of good but it took them a few hours, and then when we went to the pool, me and my sisters, my mom. Put her cocaine in the closet we come back and it’s not there We went to go check everywhere even in the closet and then we left. We told them that they better find it or something and next thing we know it’s apparently it wasn’t the closet and they said that we threatened to call the cops on them and that caused the whole scene, asking them to find It The food was cold at every place where we went the breakfast and the restaurant next-door My mom wanted a cooked potato potatoes, well done because she has OCD and she likes crunchy stuff. They just heated it up and gave it back when we told them if they could try to make it crunchy my milk taste like butter my sisters Orange juice had stuff floating in it and the apple juice that she got. The shower was hard to get on hot. We had to wait 10 minutes for the hot water to actually turn on. we try to clean nice for them too We did not appreciate them, saying that we were accused We said it was missing on the house keeping came overall The gym, the pool, and the place was perfectly fine. We don’t know if it was only us who experienced to this, but we didn’t appreciate our food being cold, and being accused of doing something with the cane so that we could cause a scene"
"The rooms where good and the service TERRIBLE! Are food was cold at breakfast and the lady didn't get are orders correctly. The location was next to the hotle with bedbugs. And one of are important items were missing we check everywhere and we said that it was missing and the item somehow it got in the closet and we checked there and it wasn't there. They said we treated to call the cops about the item. A house service person stole it and returned it. My sister's milk tasted like butter and they didn't get my mom's home fries currently they were still raw. The only nice things were the pool gym and the churros at margaritas"
"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Salem for the weekend for a wedding. Overall the experience was good. Service was top tier, especially with 3 weddings and a sold out hotel. What Worked: * Hotel staff was overly accomodating. * Indoor pool is so spacious and warm, not super hot in the area so those not swimming can hang out. * Being attached to Margaritas is a win! * Pool is open until 11pm. What Didn't Work: * In the evening their was an older woman manager whom was friendly but appeared easily shaken. * Hot tub was burning hot, could only use it in short sprint of time. * There was a group who rented out the breakfast space and conference space after there event. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear them partying well past 1am in the hotel space below. * Breakfast is a sitdown experience. Recommendations: * If you stay on the weekend request a room on the top 2 floors * Request extra pillows and blankets upon check in, they didn't have extras Saturday night. * Be kind to the front desk staff, they are working really hard to give everyone an amazing experience."
"The room and hallway smelled horrible! There are only two shower towels in a sleep 4 room. For breakfast, we waited for over one and half hours to be served. Although the breakfast was prepaid in our booking fee, the waitress asked us whether we wanted to go somewhere else because they were in a desperate shortage of staff. We saw some guests already left when the food finally arrived. The worst hotel service I have ever experienced."
