"Not easy to get appointments. Always trying to upsell. Gave me a run around for days trying to get my dogs meds refilled. After 4 days we went to another vet. Now giving me grief over canceling contract even though we moved and there isn't a Banfield in my area... avoid them."

"Cheap place, already paid for an e-collar cone and I asked for another cone since the first one was damaged. and Banfield asked me to pay for another one. Not like I spend hundreds of dollars at banfield. Stay away from this place. In 2013 there have been consumer law suits with Banfield in California and nationwide. This class action seeks to remedy: (a) Banfield's deceptive marketing of savings and discounts under the plan, and (b) Banfield's deceptive and coercive upselling of additional pet care products and services."

"This place never picks up the phone… which you think a vet would. Instead, I’ve had to take my dog to the emergency vet and pay out of pocket for services that are INCLUDED in my monthly payment plan. It’s a waste to pay nearly 200 dollars a month for a vet service that is basically non-existent"
