"CVS Pharmacy in Acton, MA 5 stars for the nurse; D. Chhor, because she was super attentive, respectful, and caring. Now… this is where I give ZERO stars when it comes to the pharmacist/manager… Susan Santis. Susan was super rude, I would say a bully. She was talking down to me with a disrespectful and demeaning unnecessary tone as if I was a second-class citizen. The prescriptions that I was picking up had some small issue when filled; that was easy to fix on the system and would only take a few minutes; it had happened in other CVS pharmacies before and they fixed it without giving me cr@p about it, BUT Susan was acting as if she had to drive on standstill traffic to the state house in Boston from Acton to interview public figures and write a 300-page case study to be submitted to Harvard — also she was lecturing me in front of other customers for holding an old prescription on my hands—which I needed at the moment. Susan proceeded to bully me with a demeaning tone: ” YOU CAN’T REFILL THAT TWICE!! YOU KNOW THAT RIGHT!???” Staring at my hands saying: “YES, THAT PRESCRIPTION THAT YOU ARE HOLDING IN YOUR HANDS!!” I felt disrespected and humiliated adding that there were people looking at me as if I was an id*ot or a scammer. She did not use the *common sense* that the prescription could’ve been a year old or more; which it was! She just wanted the power of bullying a customer. People like her keep these jobs and stay no matter how bad employees they are because of the people that they know within the company. Disgraceful!"
