"I told them days before my doctor sent in my refill— please call me before you ship this medication as my address has changed. Despite the fact that it’s been more than 4 months since I last had this medication filled, they filled the medication, charged my card and shipped it to the wrong address without so much as a text, email or phone call to me. When I called them and told them about this I talked to 3 different people. Not one apologized for the mistake. This is so unprofessional to not take any ownership of a mistake. Now that I have given them the correct address, they agreed to ship me a replacement for free. However I have a new charge from them today for $7.50 on my card. So not only do I have to wait longer for my pain medication I also have to pay for their mistakes with no apology. Disgusted"
