CVS

"This is for CVS store (I don’t use their pharmacy). Store itself is nice. But they have only 1 open person controlled register even when a long line; they push people to the 3 self-checkout machines crammed in the world’s smallest space. No room to put more than 4 items in the ridiculously small bagging area. Use-your-own bag feature doesn’t work. Your bag will fall over on the ground if you have too many items in the bagging area. I smashed my head on the metal racks sticking out over the self register trying to retrieve my items. What irks me was they had 2 other clerks standing around who could’ve been manning a 2nd register. Won’t be returning anytime soon."

"My wife gets all her prescriptions at one CVS or another. We also get personal care products here and after holiday candy! They are always very busy."

"Sid went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service. Immediately my friend and I were welcomed, asked if we needed anything. I’m going on a trip to Canada so they recommended the travel isle for me. This was a great suggestion as I found so many things I forgot I needed! Over Sid was personable, professional, and extremely helpful! And to top it off, I actually lost my keys in the store and Sid found them for me!! Thank you for the great experience. I’m also from New Hampshire and this was by faaar the best CVS I’ve ever been to. I wish they had ones like this where I live!"

"After 3.5 hours trying to fill a prescription through 4 other avenues, with a raging fever - I finally landed at the Acton CVS. The pharmacist called the urgent care, stayed on the line and persevered until my prescription could be properly transferred and filled so I could start getting better. They must get all the people whose attempts have fallen through elsewhere in addition to all of their regular customers. The staff and pharmacist could not have been more warm, friendly and caring. So much appreciated when you are feeling horrible and frustrated. A++"

"Was pleasantly surprised that my Rx refill was filled on time, no trouble and the staff/pharmacist were super helpful. My CVS closed at 8pm and forgot to get my Glucose Sensor refill. I called ahead, they filled it within 20 min, ready for Pickup and was on my way. Pharmacist even helped answer a question about my insulin."
