"My son brought his dog in as an emergent condition . Poor dog was vomiting and not eating . Lethargic. Very sick. Few questions were asked and they gave an antibiotic shot and he was sent home with pills to take (Hello! He wasn’t eating and was vomiting!) our precious dog died two weeks later of parvovirus. These people are incompetent apathetic jerks!! Run don’t walk away!!!"
"Kind professionals, although not sure what was actually done at our first visit."
"I am not sure that Loved it is appropriate as I was sobbing for a large part of our visit. The staff here were very caring, efficient and thorough. They also made sure to call and text to keep me updated on my sick cat's status and continued after he came home."
"I have been with the practice forever, first going with my Mother and our family pets '88-03. When my Minny came to me 12 years ago I didn't hesitate to return. Every single visit was a problem for years. I stayed. Then we got Dr. Shaw. She was amazing. Well we had an emergency. They tried to fit us in and couldn't. We went to the emergency vet down the road. Unfortunately my beautiful Minny didn't make it home. I called the practice to tell them what happened. I was told the emergency vet had called. I asked they remove future appointments and I was assured it would be done. I haven't heard from the practice since. Chewy sent flowers, the ER sent condolences, but I heard NOTHING from Latham Animal until today when I was sent a confirmation text...for an appointment...for my dead little girl. Don't waste your time and money here. Don't. 12 years and thousands of dollars and you can't even sent a form letter on the passing of a patient. This practice should be embarrassed!"
"I chose this place because there were some reviews that were really nice. When my dog got really sick this place did not have the decency to find some time to squeeze my dog in he had cancer and he was almost on his deathbed. If a wet place does not have time for critical animals then they should not be in business. Anyone who love their pets should never go to this wet they have no heart"
