"was told to call at 8am tomorrow for any hope of an emergency appointment by the absolute rudest receptionist. I called at 8am ON THE DOT and was #2 in the que for more than 30 minutes without the que moving or anything changing. do they have a phone? do they know how to answer their phone? if you dont have to go here due to insurance reasons go somewhere else."

"Nothing like being told to call at 8am to get an emergency appointment then to be left on hold forever and have people take those spots from you. I was the first person in the queue and I got pushed aside, talked over and wasn’t told before to show up with proof my mouth is swelling and they could get me in. I was told to call. Complete waste of time."

"10/17/23 Thank you, Whitney Young Dental Clinic for a wonderful dental experience- from my check-in to check-out. My appointment was at 1:00 pm with Dr. Moore. She is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, Dr. Moore was very supportive, and thorough throughout the process of the extraction she was doing. I was nervous. However, she took the time to make me comfortable and the procedure was well done. She is professional and has a naturally calm, pleasant and caring personality. I highly recommend Dr. Moore to everyone. Lillian"

"Told me I couldn’t call until September 2nd unless my face was swollen. They’re the only place that I would be able to go to outside of my work hours seeing as I work 8 to 4 weekdays and the other dentists office is only open those hours on the weekdays and then they’re not open on weekends. I’m only able to sleep about two hours each night because of the pain in my mouth and I’m taking pills nearly every three hours because of the pain as well. I just found it weird that a dentist office would say that, even though they are dentist office and should understand that just because my face is not swollen, does not mean that I’m not going through severe pain."
