"We had a wonderful grooming appointment at Five Star Dog Salon for our 11 month Cockapoo puppy, Mia. Previously we had been going to a groomer in Burlington and had awful experiences. Upon entering Five Star Dog Salon we were greeted by a very kind individual (sorry for not getting his name!) who very quickly put us at ease. He was attentive to every detail - from our puppy’s demeanor when being groomed, to potential sensitivities, to asking us exactly how we would like her haircut to look. He also went above and beyond to let us step behind the counter with our puppy as she got comfortable with the environment. Having had really poor experiences with our past groomer we were anxious about how things would go but we were put very at ease right away. We also loved how the dogs aren’t caged and are able to roam/play with the other dogs during their time at Five Star. Now to the haircut… it came out perfect! Our puppy looks so adorable and has the exact cut we requested! Her fur is so silky and the perfume scent is very mild which is a relief! Mia came home happy and content too which was not our experience after going to a different groomer! We are so thrilled we went to Five Star and will absolutely be back!"

"Went with my family to pick up my dog and I have never seen a dog salon this well done, the owner and I believe her son? (A young guy) greeted me and was very attentive with everything he said and it made me feel extremely safe leaving my dog there, very awesome place and people, I live around 50 minutes away and the drive is so worth it, every other dog salon in my city has never treated my dog so good and she has never smelt this good anywhere else. Great place and amazing people."
