"They screwed up the same prescription multiple times and kept talking down to me. Literally had to get multiple confirmations that my prescription was ready only to find out shortly after that it was either lost, out of stock, or just not there. Incompetent, inefficient, and they don’t seem to give a damn about their customers."

"Unexpectedly changed pharmacy hours causing me to almost miss an important medicine refill! Otherwise it's the basic CVS pharmacy / supermarket."

"Ordered a photo order, received the email it was ready so I went to the store for them to tell me there was an error and the machine was broken and I got the email that it was ready because they had to clear the printer so other orders can be printed.. not sure how other orders can be printed if she said the printer was broken? Washed my time going there because they couldn’t have the decency to email or text that there was an error with the printing. Cashier was insincere, rude, and unapologetic and said that don’t inform people or errors ahead of time so pretty much saying they like to waste their customers time by going there to be told it couldn’t be printed. I am so furious because I needed this for a specific time which is why I did same day and did it very early. If I knew it couldn’t be printed, I would have sent it somewhere else but they didnt even have the decency to tell me."

"CVS as a whole does not care about people with Covid or those trying to protect themselves from Covid. In the last couple of weeks I have tried to schedule a Vaccine and a Covid test. On both occasions and in different lications I was unable to do so online. And on both occasions I went to a store for help. I was turned away without any information or help. Unfortunately all the other testing/Vaccine outlers I have tried are the same. I guess Ill just take my chances."
