"Really lovely classic beach cottages. WiFi is included. Just a minute or two walk to the beach. There's no a/c but there are plenty of fans provided. (Also we happened to visit during a heatwave, I suspect you wouldn't notice the lack of a/c most of the time!) We will definitely be back."

"We just arrived and we are very happy with the changes that Karen and John have made. The grounds and manager house looks great and inviting. Dave has been very nice and helpful. So we begin our stay looking forward to the rest of our week here it's our third year in cottage #3 so cute and has everything. BERNICE AND HEATHER"

"Great rental cottages right on their own private beach. Pristine and very well managed. Only a couple minutes to town and the Cape Cod National Sand Dunes.. About as Caoe Cod as it gets. I'll definitely be back."

"The ones owned by Karen and John are beautiful. Very much exceeded my expectations. I've only spend 1 night so far can for certain say it's worth a 5 star review. Karen and John are super nice and friendly as well. Hopefully we can plan to make this a year tradition for my family."
