"If you want to be woken by the music of Aldo bakery, as well as loud talking coming clearly through the floor then this place is ideal. If you get up at 630am it shouldn’t be a problem."

"Had a great stay, the room was really cute, though the neighbors were so stingy, I wonder if the 1661 attracts a boujee clientele.. regardless the quality of the hotel was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!"

"Fantastic hotel. Very convenient right in town. Super clean, air conditioned rooms. Lo and behold this hotel is on top of a bakery and ice cream parlor. Great for breakfast in the morning, coffee is a 10. Many choices of drinks, pastries, or just a breakfast sandwich. Dont forget about the fresh squeezed o.j.. great to just come downstairs and have a treat . They really make their own ice cream, they will gladly show you the machine , all natural ingredients. Dont forget about the Gelato does not disappoint. Great staff. Also Aldos restaurant down stairs to get anything you want, full dinners. Seafood dinners, pizza, whole pie or slice , salads, gluten free pasta. Very extensive menu to much to list, stop by and check out the menu. Air conditioned bar. Friendly staff. Great service and affordable. Dont forget to try some of the beautiful wines they offer. Furbaby friendly, kid friendly restaurant. Also offers creative dinner specials. Or bar cocktails."

"More expensive than nearby New Shoreham House and perfectly comfortable, especially the deep, upscale bedding. We had been warned about noise in the ground level unit ("Jade") but did not find this to be a problem at all. Super convenient for breakfast and coffee served at Aldo's Bakery which is in the same building."

"Nice for a few day stay. Some noise from bakery downstairs, level may depend on how close to the bakery side. Cosy."
