"We needed a place, last minute, on the road, and this was the best find in the area! Professional, courteous, kind, expedient, and comforting while being comfortable. No, it is not brand new, and that is evident. However, the rooms, beds, and bathrooms feel clean, and that's what matters. Also, the best interaction with an employee. Other area motels AND hotels should come here for training; especially night check-ins!!"

"Overall should be 1.5 stars. Pictures in listing are not reflective of our room. The room is very dark, mainly because of the paint and the décor. There is a lot of dark colors including an almost mahogany colored bathroom. The bathroom door was clearly replaced and was a misfit. There was a clear gap the entire height of the door and the door jam. The bathroom toilet holder was broken, with the one post missing. The toilet paper roll was standing alone on the side of the tub. The internet promised was a total failure. The link connected and then consistently dropped due to lost signal and interruptions. This was addressed the next AM by resetting their system, which improved the connection a bit but did not resolve the issues. They continued. The "free breakfast" included was I guess technically met, but it was very disappointing and very short on selection/variety. They have 2 cereal options in turn handle dispensers. They have 3 bread options: english muffin, day old bagels and white bread, with toaster provided.  A 2 section warmer was on the counter with only one side carrying product, some form of manufactured egg rounds. Yogurt was also available with whole apples. The other side of the warmer was always empty. MISSING were two very important items that I have not seen missing at any other "breakfast" provided hotel. There was no waffle/pancake making unit and there was no meat item at all in the warmer. Coffee and juice machine were provided. The desk person was nice and receptive, but said no meats, waffles or pancakes. Recommended Best Western next door if wanted a standard breakfast experience. Seriously??????"

"I have had to stay in some sketchy places in my time, and this one is up there on the list of ickiest of all time. Do not stay here. Don't even think about it. It appears its primary use at this time is as transitional housing for the homeless. It stinks of cigarettes everywhere. The carpets are greasy. The layout is stairs everywhere - no elevators. The only "pro" is that the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable, but the dirty towel left in the bathroom for us kind of ruined even that."

"Very bad internet, the phone in the room doesn't even work, very narrow hallways, the room is clean but the chairs here are very uncomfortable, the clock doesn't even work, no very bad elevator access, especially for those in wheelchairs who need the elevator to get to places, the staff are nice, TV Works, Fridge works, lights work, overall very poor service the staff part is the only thing that is getting 3 stars. The bathroom is okay but dirty. Freaking embarassment to Wyndham alone. Get better Super 8 and get a full out remodel done on your location. I do not recommend this hotel alone to ANYONE."

"From the moment we got there we had to wait an hour past the check in time because the rooms weren’t ready they were short staffed. We were tired and I should have known then it was a foreshadowing to what’s to come. Once we went in the hotel phone didn’t work literally the cord was just bend over and placed in the socket. The wifi didn’t work. So when I tried to call the front office from my phone no answer for hours I fell asleep. That night the upstairs neighbor had the music so loud!! I called and the management did take care of it. The room appeared to be clean, smelled good. The young cleaning woman did a great job and the front desk young lady was kind and apologetic. But we left and couldn’t stay the next night as my girlfriend got bit twice by something in that room bed bugs we have no idea ?? I have no idea her hand was swollen. When I approached the manger I did in fact get my refund through a third party. But no discounts for all the mishaps and what happened to my girlfriends hand. I will never stay there again. Because of this experience were so scarred to stay anywhere else we cut our trip short and decided to come home!!"
