"Place is super sketchy at night and in the morning, as a women I don't like being out at night or early morning there are constant people who don't live here using the grounds, there have been multiple times we've called the police because some drug addict wandered over and is napping on the benches outside, and the parking lot constantly has people sleeping in their cars here. On the lighter side people who don't live here come over with their dogs when they are shopping or after Starbucks let them run around without a leash and don't pick up their dogs poop, so that's great too."

"They have a good spot but they do nothing to stop the public from using the grounds, they constantly get rift raft from Manchester screwing around on the grounds and recently they put a dog park in and now every nice morning people from Starbucks who don't live here are using. I plan to go the apt up the street off meeting house when my lease is up. I can always just stop by and still use their stuff lol"

"The apartment is nice and in a good location, but it is the most expensive apartment in the state. Recently the resident only parking became everyone only parking and they are allowing anyone who works at the stores near by to park where the residents park, so now we have teenagers working at these stores parking and scratching our cars. When brought up to the management they told me to park somewhere else, to think the guy who pays rent has to park somewhere else because we're gonna let people who don't live or pay, use our parking lot. What happens when they hit our cars. What happens when they take up all the parking in the Xmas season and we can't find anywhere to park. This is very disappointing, and I will be looking for another lease else where."

"Great leasing department - the staff is always so pleasant and always care about my well being! They remember the smallest things which is really sweet. I’ve felt nothing but safe here for the most part. The apartment is clean and nice and no flaws to my personal preference. Maintenance has always been on top of things when I need help and always pleasant. One bummer is they have been saying a dog park will be built but it’s been a year :/ other than that it’s a really great place to live and the staff is unreal! Very dog friendly as well and beautiful lounge."

"What an incredible property! I helped move my Aunt in and the inside/outside is so clean. I was really impressed. Tenants were welcoming and respectful. One tenant told me she just renewed her lease because she is so happy here. The amenities and extras that come with living here are so well worth it. Extremely well run property."
