"The layout of our king room didn’t quite make sense but w.e. Room kinda stunk as well. Breakfast was great tho and the breakfast lady was super sweet and friendly. The service was exceptional."

"We’ve been Hilton honors members for over 7 yrs and rarely had a disappointing experience till now. They cancelled our stay, even when we notified of our delayed flight. They moved us 20 mins away & didn’t give us any waivers for the new stay. We had 2 separate reservations separate days. The 2nd stay, couple days later, I went to check in & the receptionist (evening shift) was rude & on her cell instead of attending to me. She never smiled & gave me a mean look. I saw her again a day later in the hall & she gave me a mean look again."

"The room smelled bad. The hotel in general did not seem particularly clean. The sofa bed my kids were supposed to sleep in had no sheets and a large red stain in the middle. There was a half smoked joint sitting out in the bathroom which my seven year old daughter was the first to find. And to top it off they charged my credit card twice. Required multiple calls and time on the phone to get refunded. Messaged Hilton corporate about the stay but nobody seems to care."

"The room smelled of smoke, the staff did not care. The amenities in the room were partially used - gross. What else did housekeeping miss? Also they are still not cleaning the rooms nightly - however, the prices do not reflect fewer services being provided. Staff was apathetic. Two stars may be generous."
