"Went in for a sports physical which they offer and was told I couldn’t be seen because there is “no way of testing if I can perform the activities required” when 8 other people I know have gone there to get a sports physical with no problem. Never going there again"
"This store seems to onflate prices even more that other locations. The V should be removed from CVS as everything is overpriced. There are much more convenient options that don't jack up the prices on basic items."
"I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your CVS location today, which I must stress is a matter of serious concern. I fully understand that the holiday season is a busy time, and I appreciate the convenience that our community CVS provides. However, my experience today was unacceptable. Upon expressing my need to have passport photos taken, the front desk staff member used the internal phone to call a colleague for assistance. My 6-year-old son and I waited nearly 20 minutes before a person named Eric approached. Instead of attending to us, he began serving an increasing number of grocery customers. After an additional ten minutes, when I inquired about taking the photos, Eric instructed me to join a queue that had grown to over ten people. This was particularly frustrating because when I arrived, I was the second in line, and typically, photo services and checkout are not handled at the same location. Eric, who was specifically called to assist with my photo service while his colleague attended to other customers, saw me waiting yet chose to ignore my presence. His lack of communication, blunt and inefficient approach was in stark contrast to the warmth and efficiency I usually associate with CVS staff. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, all I got from him was a curt directive to “go to the back of the line.” When I tried to explain the situation, he interrupted me, showing impatience and an attitude that was dismissive and rude. His colleague had to call him twice over the intercom, and it took him 20 minutes to respond in a manner that can only be described as lackadaisical. This experience was not only a display of poor work efficiency but also an arrogant demeanor, making me feel like I was at the mercy of his whims. Sadly, I left the store without getting the photos taken. This kind of unprofessional behavior should not be the defining characteristic of a store that I otherwise hold in high regard. I am bringing this to your attention not to disparage CVS as a whole, but to prevent such incidents from tarnishing the reputation of a store that is an asset to our community. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to address this issue."
"This cvs has saved my butt so many times being a 24 hr pharmacy location. Also, the pharmacist at this location is not only sweet and kind, but she takes time to talk with customers navigating their concerns and educating them on different treatment options available otc or by Rx when it is a slow night shift. When my friend was having a reaction to a med at 11pm the pharmacist helped my friend deescalate from her panic attack and inform her on steps to take and things to look out for etc. The only downside about this location is the rowdy kids in the neighborhood who flood the store when school is out for the day/season. I haven't had any true problems with them, but sometimes they act like gangs towards each other sometimes. Midnight/graveyard hours usually only have occasional skateboarders in the parking lot though."
"This CVS is always busy, "However" that's only one contributing part of the problem. Maybe due to how busy it can be ..The head pharmasist are rude and show little to no care or empathy towards their customers. They also show no interest towards if their Patients need help due to Factors preventing them (like insurance, or barriers from doctor to pharmacy ) from getting nessesary important medicines."
