"Stayed for a month and some days. The staff was extremely friendly. One saved a life. Seriously. Administered CPR. My team is eternally grateful. There was construction behind the hotel. Only affected during the daytime. Some rooms needed better window coverings. It was a good stay for me."

"This is definitely not my favorite hotel and we will be looking for other alternatives next time we’re in the area. - the front desk person was terrible. Did not welcome us and was very short with us and rude. - we had ants in our room —everywhere! On the desk, in the bathroom… and we were on the top floor! - we were late to breakfast by five minutes but the doors were locked and we couldn’t get in, all the food was sitting there. They hadn’t even started putting it away. We just wanted to grab bagels and go ( and this was on a weekend!!) Terrible experience."

"Being new to the area Comfort Suites in West Warwick seemed like a wonderful idea! Definitely was NOT the case. Not only were most of the employees horrible and not even doing their jobs but the manager himself was completely unprofessional and rude.. it was beyond me. My experience here was completely unenjoyable.. I suppose I could compare to laying on the ground compared to the bed there itself. Not only were the beds all dirty and not even made properly but the whole room itself was definitely not cleaned properly. This establishments is horrendously DISGUSTING and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here especially if they have kids ! The lady who works at the front desk, Diana definitely tried her best to handle my situation in the most professional manner possible. During my short stay here I observed some mistreatment and mostly racially from the manager himself. I would believe that a manager would try to assure customer satisfaction but I ASSURE you that was not the case. I will definitely be giving HR a call in the morning . This place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY . If it was for me I wouldn’t even give it a ONE STAR BUT THE ONLY way to submit this review is if I do so."

"Wouldn't even waste my time staying here ever again. The rooms were not cleaned properly and super hot. A/C barely worked. The bed looked like it had already been slept in when we had just walked through the door. Needed help a few times but when I asked a few different employees for some help, I was ignored or approached with a ton of attitude. Their customer service was a joke except for one lovely lady at the front desk who was kind enough to ACTUALLY help me... Thank you Diana. Breakfast wasn't bad at all! The attendant who was also named Diana was super friendly and served a very delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Swear on everything , the cafeteria was cleanest part of the hotel. No pool even though the website said their was one. When I asked about the pool all the manager said was it's broken. Should have mentioned it was broken on the website. Manager was not a very nice man. He's another one with attitude and huffs and puffs when a guest approaches him with a problem. You would think management would be friendlier to guests but clearly they don't care. If you don't like your job sir, quit. Way to go comfort suites, you have officially earned the title of worst managed hotel!!!"
