Elms Apartments

"I can't give this dump zero stars, but that's what it should get. This is the first place to live that I have seen and heard the things I have. I can say this.... bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. I mean, nothing gets updated. Nothing gets fixed. This place is disgusting, in my opinion. If it was under management that cared, it would be a better place. They like to bully their tenants. It's a hostile, unsafe environment. 99% of their tenants are afraid to report anything because they think they are going to get evicted. The actual apartments are falling apart. Cracks that are so bad they run up and down the walls that the outside air blows through them. They don't paint or change carpets when they are supposed to. I could write a novel. No joking. They break so many laws I just haven't figured out yet how they do it. This is all my opinion first hand. Run and keep running past this place!!!"

"Not a nice to live in drug deal's go on all the time very poor management from top to bottom complaints are never addressed your car can be towed anytime the management wants to anyone with children should not bring them there place in nothing but a Hell hole!!!"

"Place is horrible and the Management is worse in the past 10 year's it has gone so far downhill I feel bad for the elderly people who have to live there"
