"I am so sad that I have to leave this apartment for a job in Boston. This building is gorgeous and the apartments give you a cozy historical loft feel. The front office is always helpful and even let me extend my lease by three months to accommodate the move. They always have fun community events like paint and wine night, yoga, and other craft sale nights. The apartment complex is pretty quiet. Yes, you can hear when someone is in the hall but most people go in and out. The garage parking is perfect for the winter! You never have to dig your car out after those wonderful RI snow storms. People are always out and about in the summer on the back deck, grilling or having a fire. The rent is low and includes heat! Only problem that if you have an apartment in the south building your power tends to go out during large storms. I wish I could move this complex to Boston with me ☹"

"Thought I’d add a more recent review. Stunning apartments at fantastic prices. Moved here from Atlanta, GA and I don’t think we have anything as spectacular as this location. Great history in the building and if you luck out like I did with a view of the river, you’ll be amazed. The people who work here are friendly and quick to fix any problems. I love it here!"
