"I am beyond disappointed with our experience with 401 Reptiles at my daughters party yesterday. To start, he was supposed to arrive at 1:00 and he didn’t get there and started until after 1:30. When he started and things were going great until he handed my nephew (5) a ferret, wasn’t paying attention and the ferret wiggled out of his hands and fell. He then scolded my nephew in front of everyone saying that because he dropped an animal he won’t be allowed to hold anymore. Which I understand, but if he’d been paying attention he would have seen the animal trying to wiggle out of his arms and been able to take him. He was not good with little kids at all. When he was leaving he claimed he didn’t know until that morning how old the kids would be, which is untrue. When I booked the party I spoke to him directly, in person, and told him the birthday girl was turning 3 and there would also be older kids there as well. I remember that specificity because he said he had some furry animals he would bring along and he only brought the one ferret. He never once said that was too young and wasn’t a good idea. So after acting like we were in the wrong for booking this, he then left behind a reptile. I was so excited for the kids to have this experience and I was left full of regret wishing I had never booked."
