"Luxury in price not quality. **AVOID IF YOU WORK FROM HOME or have small children that sleep during day**: CONSTANT inspections, alarm testing, and Construction without or with limited warning. -expect to pay $150 more than stated rent in secret fees/utilities -Low budget furnishings -plywood painted fireplace -cheap carpet, apparently you pay the same for laminate floors, seems fair. -loose or broken furnishing upon move in (door hooks, towel racks, vent covers). -loud neighbors and outside area. -litter and dog waste all over grounds -inadequate and inefficient heating, cooling, water systems causing house size expenses with less than desired results. -outdated and inefficient appliances -dry wall mounted towel rack -matte paint to restrict cleaning ability -cheap carpet that gets tangled in high traffic zones -parking increased but not enough; good luck parking on weekends, holidays, and late shifts -internet & cable monopoly of cox, expect outages -nothing included, expect surprise fees like trash valet -required trash pick-up during dinner time, non-negotiable…. (Paying someone to take your trash at the most used time so you take it yourself and still have to pay) nice $9k+monthly income bonus -$100+ yearly rent increases, no upgrades -bathroom mirror frame command stripped on -laminate counters -repairs take several requests Pros -location -pets permitted -pool (always crowded with children- not big enough for several hundred residents)"

"Lived here for a year. As I've come to discover over the years, Dolben properties are generally well-managed. Had some weird issues with the thermostat but it still did the job. Kitchen was small for a 3-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, some of the neighbors smoked the devil's lettuce which is in violation of the lease. Really couldn't keep the windows and doors open near the balcony as a result. The leasing office sent out notices but they couldn't seem to find the culprits by the time we left last year. Parking was rather limited. Good location, though. Right down the road from a whole lot of stores on Bald hill road, but not right in the thick of it."

"-Price is just right considering how the rental/ housing market has been. Checked other properties nearby and was dumbfounded how much more expensive they were with less amenities! - Was happy to see they furnish the property with GE appliances! Too many horror stories with Samsung and Maytag. - Love that the units have a gas fire place that takes minutes to make the apartment toasty! Never have to worry about not having heat if the power goes out! - Flooring is standard but looks nice if you actually keep your apartment clean and don’t live like a pig. - Heating and AC works great and my utility bills are not that expensive at all! My bills are usually between $100-150. - Trash valet is a great service that they include with the rent upfront so there’s no surprises. They literally come pick up your trash right at your door. Wish it was optional but hey beggars can’t be choosers. -Haven’t had to use the maintenance staff but heard from other residents that they work great with you and take care of everything promptly! - A negative is you do have a water bill, but it’s cheap it’s only like $30 a month. - Love that there is amenities like a car wash station that has a vacuum and air hose! Also there is a dog park (which I heard from management) is getting a new makeover. - Neighbors are friendly, you get occasional noise but it’s what’s expected in apartment living. Love Greenwich place and would highly recommend it to anyone!"

"I have lived here for awhile and just moved from the 3rd floor to the 1st. Staff here has been exceptional! Stephanie was committed to making sure this unit was mine! Dan from the Maintenance team even stopped by to see how the move went and has quickly taken care of every little thing to make my new home perfect! Thanks Dan! Greenwich Place is a great community to live in."
