"We waited 70 minutes tonight for a pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was overcooked and the garlic knots were extremely burnt...the bottoms were black! This is the second time this has happened, but we figured we would give it another try. That was a mistake! We will not be eating here again!"
"We are New Yorkers. We don't tolerate two things made poorly, and they are hot dogs and pizza. And when it comes to pizza, we have a pretty d*mn high bar. Tori G's pizza missed that bar by a mile. The sauce was actually not bad. The cheese wasn't really greasy, but what you put on the pizza is less important than the bread itself and how it's cooked. And this was barely cooked and not stretched out enough. NY style pizza should be hand tossed until really thin, then cooked at a really high heat until the bottom is crispy. When folded, it should remain stiff to the point and form a diamond shape on the bottom. Viewing the photo of their slice, it looks like a limp willy. Chewy and thick. Sadly, even if they cooked it more, it can't fix an overly thick pizza. Also, a NY pizza is big. Big, thin slices this is not. They don't stretch the dough out enough and their "large" pizza is not a large. The box it comes in says it all. It's a medium pizza box, not a large. Even at that, the pizza didn't fill the box. Slid around inside the box like a hot dog in a hallway. Sadly, our quest for a good pizza will continue. If you're looking for pizza like you get in the city, you can pass over this place."
"Curly fries were cooked to perfection and tastier than most from other places. Gluten-free pizza was gross. Crust was way undercooked and soggy. Not hot in a few spots, despite having just come out of the oven."
"We ordered paninis for take out which were out of this world! These babies were stuffed with delicious blend of goodies, and were very filling. Fast and friendly service too! Highly recommend."
"Good food, and the hostess/server girl was very attentive and polite. Limited menu for dinner selection however. They have a small but effective salad bar. Our initial menu selection was sold out for the evening. All in all a simple place for dinner if you want to avoid hassle and crowds. Would probably be worth returning. Their garlic knots were very good. Note that they do not have fountain drinks. Everything is by can or bottle."
